Professional heroes who hit 3 virtuous targets a day are, on average 40% more energized, 20% more productive, and 15% more connected.”
These virtuous targets can be any habit, such as thinking of one thing I am grateful for, being in bed 7.5 hours before waking, walking 5,649 steps, putting the phone away when with others, not drinking sugar, and being creative before reactive.
